Labour law and employee participation

Employees are the essential capital of any company. The legally correct, fair, but also dispute avoidant treatment of employees is based on balanced employment contracts, which have a motivating effect but also clearly formulate the necessary interests of the company.  Often, start-ups only have limited financial strength and therefore want to make use of employee participation models. We support start-ups in setting up legally correct and market-standard virtual employee participation programs.

We advise you in defining your own labour law standards, in deciding on compensation and employee participation models, but we also represent you in dismissal of employees and – if necessary – before the labour courts.
